3. Records available without a request

Our privacy notice, terms of use and pricing, published on this website.

4. Records held, by subject

• Company records: incorporation documents, share register, minutes.
• Financial records: accounting records, tax invoices and credit notes, VAT records.
• Customer records (businesses using the service): account details, subscriptions, invoices, correspondence.
• Records held as an operator for those businesses: their clients' contact details, bookings, statements, payment records and message delivery records.
• Supplier records: agreements with hosting, payment and messaging providers.

5. Processing of personal information (POPIA)

Purposes, categories of data subjects, recipients, cross-border transfers and security measures are described in our privacy notice, which forms part of this manual.

6. How to request access

Send the prescribed form (Form 2) to the Information Officer by email. A request fee may apply as prescribed by the regulations. We will respond within 30 days.
